The Lieutenant of the Master's army was really the Lieutenant of Hitler. When the war came, the Lieutenant cryo-statised himself, and was recovered by Hitler, now known as the Master. The Lieutenant was moved to the Mariposa Military Base on the west coast to be the overseer of the base.
