The Glow was a night club run by Gay Tony from GTA 4. It wasn't especially popular because of the radiation it produced and also if u spent more than a minute in there you would grow a third arm, leg or butt cheek. Before the war it was shut down when police found out they were running secret racoon fighting tournaments in the mens toilets. It can be found next to the Quick-E-mart and a chicken and waffles joint.
